I've saved some text messages to my phone and deleted them from my text mesaages. And when I go to that file to?open them it says not compatible? And I need the?messages to send to the insurance claims adjuster
Text messages saved to the phone are stored in a different format than originally received/sent in. Look at the file names in your file manager or file explorer on the phone, then search for an app that reads that format.
