I have tried downloading ring tones from verizon but I keep getting an error message that says it isn't compatible with advanced calling 1.0. Is there anyway to fix it, so I can download ring tones ?
Ring tones, or ringBACK tones? Ringbacks are not compatible with Advanced Calling. Ringtones you can get from multiple sources, like Zedge, or your own computer music files.

We know how important it is to have your ringtones on your phone. However, we do not have an available update for use with advance calling. This is something that will change in the near future but as of now it is not available for use.
