Copy, paste function not working. Accidentally turned OFF?

I have an HTC One M9 and I was fumbling around some settings and I think a accidentally turned off the ability to Copy/Paste Pictures. I remember finding some clipboard contents and I wanted to clear them and I think I accidentally turned the feature off and I cant remember where the setting was.

Before when I held my finger down on an image it would ask me if I wanted to copy it or look at the properties etc, and now it says Save Image, Open Image, search Google for image, Share Image.

I need help finding this setting again and turning this function back on....I think

I do a lot of copying/pasting images into Forums and Chats so I need this feature back.....Then I'll quit messing with things

I'm just using what's native on the phone. Say if I find a picture on the internet in Yahoo Images and I want to copy/paste and send to someone on an internet forum or chat, the Copy option doesn't show up like it used to.

I'm pretty sure I accidentally turned that off when I stumbled upon my clip board. I remember seeing a history of all the items I copied and thought it would be good to clear them out and then the next day when I went to copy something it had a different menu that asked if I wanted to save it, open image or search for it on Google or share image.
