hard reset problem

I just set up an LG 4G LTE phone. Soon after, the phone locked up in such a way that we needed to perform a hard factory reset. That went fine except I forgot to write down my new gmail address. (it was somewhat complicated) Now the phone will not do its initial boot up until I can enter the google account information. Do I have any options if I can't remember the google info?

I can imagine the anticipation to get your new phone up and running again, dzimmer. I am sorry to hear the phone locked up and the Gmail account is not working. Let’s make sure this gets resolved. What model LG phone do you have? After the hard reset did you have to reset your Gmail account online? Please share details so we can find the best pathway for a solution.
