Ellipses

I have an ellipses 7 and I receive and send emails with no issues, except, when I receive an email, I can open it but there is no content in them.

It only reads, "download remaining". I checked my settings and it is checked off beside, allow attachments. But these are emails that don't even have attachments to them, so I don't understand. Any thoughts?

Just curiuos which email provider are you using on the device? My son has the Ellipsis and hasn't seen this issue as of yet.
