Battery drains quickly while being charged..

Oh my! It can get pretty frustrating seeing your battery drain while on the charger. We need to get this fixed quickly. What is the make/model of the device that currently uses the battery. Are you using the charger that came with the device originally?

My note 4 will note fast charge with any fast charger. Just recently received this note 4 after doing a warranty return for the same reason last month. Now as of today once again same problem. It all started once the 5.1.1 software was pushed to the phone. Have already factory reset the phone with no luck.
