When updating cloud my samsung s4 gives me.this error message "cloud contacts.backup failed". I have worked with verizon TECHS reloading cloud along with other manuvers. They have not been able to find solution. HELP!!!!!!!
BOBMC51 Having your contacts successfully stored is important. Let's figure this out. When trying to use the Verizon Cloud are you connected to Wifi only or are you connected to the mobile network? If you look under settings on your device, do you see Backup Assistant under the Accounts section?
