I have this feature activated but it will not work.
The person you are calling also has to have video calling active and enabled....
Just throwing this out there. Both parties must be on a Verizon compatible phone that supports HD Voice and Video, and be connected to the VZW 4G network.
Per Verizon;
"Either your phone or the phone you're calling isn't connected to the Verizon 4G LTE network at the time of the call."
