I keep getting this [PTE-303::Processor Decline] everytime i try to enter an american express gift card for phone payment, its activated and not expired.

everytime i try to make a payment with this card, it won't go through and this error message pops up "  [PTE-303::Processor Decline]",

its a valid and working card with the full amount, the gift card is an american express business gift card.
