I have a Samsung Core Prime phone, and it doesn't always make a sound alert when I receive a text message. Anybody else have this problem? Thanks for your help.
Have you checked the notification settings in the text message application to verify there is a tone set up?
Yes, I have checked, and all alerts are on, and volume is set high. Thank you for your response.
