I installed the first update fine, but same as everyone else my phone is stuck on the Verizon loading screen after the second update. I've tried soft restarting it multiple times. The only way to turn my phone off it seems is to let the phone die. I cannot enter my phone at all, and its really frusterating. Is there anyway to fix this WITHOUT deleting everything thats on my phone? If it cannot be resolved that way, anyone know how am i to fix this (and in the mean time, how to install the update properly) ? I dont have very much knowledge on how to download some sort of software on my computer to connect it to my phone nor how to get to some sortve settings to reset things, so i'd appreciate some step by step directions on how to do any solution to fix my phone. I don't want to have to buy a whole new phone because of this nor want to pay over a hundred dollars to fix it. Thanks.
