I have a droid turbo that I activated and ported a number into a new prepaid account yesterday. The port took a few hours but once it did everything seemed to work fine. Until today when my wife informed me that she was having to dial my number 5-10 times before getting through. I called customer support and somehow, instead of fixing things they made it worse by rendering my phone incapable of sending or receiving calls! Texts and data work fine however. The title above is what I hear when I attempt to dial.
The phone has been rebooted, hard reset, and sim card pulled. The rep said she opened a ticket but that could take 72 hours. I am planning on going to the store tomorrow. Does anyone else have any suggestions. Quite honestly my stay on Verizon may be very short if I cannot get this resolved.
