I needed to restart my phone, and the Verizon Firmware Update re Marshmallow started automatically, even though I wanted to wait for this upgrade. My phone has been stuck on the "Android is upgrading... Starting apps" screen since about 8:30 pm. I fell asleep at some point, and woke up four hours later to find my phone still on this screen. HELP! It won't charge and it won't restart. Nothing. Needless to say, I'm pissed. And I'm also not pleased that I'll need to make a stop at a Verizon store first thing tomorrow.
