My Note 5 and my wife's M9 won't auto update to daylight savings time. I had to go into settings and manually change my time zone! Why? It was on Mountain Standard and it should be Mountain daylight.
settings/time....un-check auto time zones, then select time zone.
power off/on
I'm having the same problem in my area, with 2 different devices on Verizon. Rebooting doesn't work. Issue has to be with Verizon.
12 hours late...at noon...it finally updated to daylight savings time automatically. This was a real disappointment by Verizon. My alarm did not go off on time Sunday morning causing major problems in scheduling! Most disappointed!
Maybe you shouldn't use your phone has your sole alarm clock.
