I had messages from my deceased mother and sister. How can I get them back?
Call Customer Service and see if anything can be done. Unfortunately we hear this story not infrequently and in most cases the messages are gone and cannot be recovered.
I know it doesn't help you, but every time this happens, I put a reminder on hear to always make a recorded copy of the important voice mail and store it in several places so it can never be erased.
