MY husband got a new phone end of last year. ( He likes the simple phones). We had it connected to Bluetooth in his truck then end of March it stopped working and we can not get it to pair. We have been to our local Verizon store they couldn't do said it was probably our truck so we went to our local dealership they couldn't get it to work either but they could connect their own Verizon phone so we went back to Verizon store different perso tried to help us and she couldn't do it either but she did say it was our phone. Not sure if it needs an uplate or what But it's a law in Illinois that we have to have our phones connected to Bluetooth hands free. Any suggestions. New phone is really not an options since we just got this one and it cost over $100
