No Sim Found

Hi I have an Lg V10 and for some reason everytime I'm on the phone or even if I'm not using it sometimes it says no sim found and once I restart my phone it goes away and I start to get service again and sometimes it happens once in awhile or everyday any ideas on if its the phone or sim card thanks

First, make sure the SIM is clean and seated correctly in its slot.  Easiest thing to do may be to visit a Verizon retail store, pick up a free SIM replacement and try that.  If that isn't a fix, might have the phone inspected in-store as well.
