Why do my emails ho away after a few weeks.
after being deleted or the inbox???

On the phone or completely gone from the online server? You can set your email to sync ALL, or sync a specified number of emails, (10, 20, 50), and some email apps let you set a time frame to sync - one week, two weeks, etc. This helps keep the number of emails stored on the phone manageable, but they all should be visible through your browser on your desktop/laptop computer.
