How to I get the keyboard to make "?"
What device are you using and is it a stock keyboard or third party keyboard?
Typically you can find the "?" when you access the numbers or by long pressing the period key.
Disregard my first post. It looks like you posted in the basic phone section. The "?" symbol could be achieved by toggling the "1" key, but I am uncertain as to your phones setup.
