Can i import contacts from cloud directly to motorola barrage v860? How?

We understand the importance of moving contacts to a new device. Verizon Cloud is not available on on Basic phones. The phone does support Backup Assistant if you had an active profile. You could use the desktop version to move the contacts to an SD card if you computer has an SD slot.
