Slacker Radio Tones

Hi I just signed up for slacker tones and when I go to the app on my lg v10 the app opens but I don't see tones by verizon in the slacker app and when I go to support it has my phone info but where it says carrier it says none and I have the latest software installed on slacker radio 6.1.27

I definitely want to ensure that you're able to full utilize the Slacker Radio. You would need to add the Slacker Radio feature. I've provided some instructions here: http://vz.to/1HBEJmZ
