This might seem like a silly question, but I'm looking at getting a new phone shortly and know there are some new smartphones coming out. Some of them are LTE-capable. I was wondering if anyone knows if you'll be required to get an LTE data plan, or can you opt for the current, and probably cheaper 3g plan?
