Unable to transfer media to desktop drive with windows system - Samsung USB driver for mobile phones installed. Is there a way for my S6 to be recognized & transfer images/video?
If the phone has updated to Marshmallow, the default USB mode is charging. Pull down the notification shade and tap Connected for Charging, then change it to Transferring Media Files.
