Alarm clock doesn't wake me up after Systems Update. How do I fix this?

Marshmallow has this doze feature that sounds dreamy for my battery life, except for the fact that it also makes my alarm clock app go to sleep mode. I need to fix this ASAP. I'm already a late to everything, I don't need help in this category. Does anyone know how to fix this?
