I just got the note 5 today, and it's letting me send texts but the reply is still going to my old phone????
Turn off the old phone, and remove the SIM (If it is still in the old phone).
if the old phone isn't activated, it shouldn't be receiving text messages.
Would your old phone happen to be an iPhone that is currently connected to WiFi? If so, you may have not disconnected your number from iMessage. When other iPhone users send a text to you, iMessage will hijack the messages and push it through Apple's servers, causing it to not go to the new phone, but the old iPhone instead.
Laffytaffy0129, congratulations on your upgrade to a new Samsung Note 5 phone. Have you recently changed from an iPhone? Can you make and receive phone calls with no issues? Are you using a 3rd party text messaging application that has been downloaded from the Google Play market or the text messaging feature on the phone?
