Update won't run. Phone recognized. Update button does nothing.

I can't update my phone.

The "Software Upgrade Assistant" ("TLBootstrap_WPP.exe" installed off the phone) ID's my phone, prompts me to communicate with it, then prompts me for an upgrade.

But after selecting my phone, the "Upgrade" button remains disabled. My only options are "Delete" & "Close".

I've tried disabling my AV software, rebooting, etc. I'm using 64bit Win7 (which shouldn't matter.)

Is there a newer version of the software or another way to update my phone?

Keeping your phone up to date is important mugsy323. I appreciate all the steps you have already tried to update your phone. The most recent software update for the Convoy 2 is u660.GH01, and according to that screenshot you are on GC01. The only way to update the software on the Convoy 2 is through the software upgrade assistant. After you select the upgrade button does there appear to be anything happening on the device?

Thanks for the reply (sorry for the slow response, but it couldn't be helped.)

Unfortunately, no. The upgrade button is disabled, so nothing happens on the phone when I attempt to click the button.

Is there a place I can download "GH01" to my computer?
