I'm trying to access my email but it won't refresh my email. Have a message that says system password has changed enter new password. I haven't changed my password. I can access my email from a computer. It also has blocked some recipients from being able to send me an email.
Try clearing the email cache and data. (Settings, app manager, find the email app and from there clear the cache) If that doesn't help, then I would delete the email account from the phone, reboot the phone, the re-add the email account.
did you setup the email automatically or manually??? has email ever worked since you got the phone??
