I assume you mean LTE Internet (Installed), formerly Home Fusion. All you can do is reset the HBR and if the HBA can be reset, that too. Since it involves an outside antenna you should inspect the HBA for proper mounting and signs of obstructions or foliage that may be blocking its view of the tower. When all else fails call Customer Service (800) 922-0204.
