Most of the time the block charger and dual C usb cable fails to charge the phone.. It flashes on and off charge rabidly. Sometimes rebooting the phone will allow it to charge but many times that also fails... Other chargers I own charge the phone fine although not at rapid charge rates.... How do I get a replacement charger or ?
