Can live tiles be turned off in Windows 10 Phone? I hate seeing pictures on "people" tile and actual emails on the email tiles? Prefer it like 8.1. Also does 8.1 support Hey Cortana? I just downgraded from a Lumina Icon and miss it.
I think you still can in Windows 10 even on the Lumia Icon. I am no expert and I don't have my Icon next to me to test it.
