This just started earlier yesterday morning. Its' frustrating because I can't recieve messages or send them and well people start calling to get a hold of me.
Depends on your signal. LTE is needed to send texts and receive them while on a call and extended networks sometimes don't afford that option given you might not be in your home area where better signal and capabilities are present.
