Our Jetpack all of a sudden today decided to shut itself off after turning it on. I've done the reset, and troubleshooting guide. It's due to be out of contract January 16.

What prior to having issues with the jetpack not powering up? For example, was there any physical or liquid damage?When was the last time that the jetpack was charged?
