Backing up music from my Droid X runs very slow, When I run back up it says no files to back up. So I drag and drop from the phone to on line storage. Is there an alternative?

Let's try that again. Here is the manual for the Droid X. the USB connection is on page 48, but you have better luck connecting as a disk drive. It should be one of the USB connection options.
