Tthere is quite the possibility that there could be an unusually high call volume. Summer months employees do take vacations and there could be less people on hand. The situation could be better or worse at another carrier. If you explain what the situation is someone here in the forums may be able to offer assistance. Otherwise best wishes at your next carrier.

i have no issues with wait time with this number, 800-922-0204.
I Have never waited more than 5 minutes if I call *611 During the day... mid morning or mid afternoon.
