Lost phone number

Is there anyway to find a phone number that's been deleted from my phone?  I know that on My Verizon there's a place to view your current texts and calls but can we look further back than that?  I need a number that I called and texted in June.

Under the MyBill tab you can view the last 6months of your bill/call detail. Once you select the date from the drop down box over to the right hand side is a link that says "view & print bill". if you click on that it'll pull up a PDF copy of your bill with all the call detail. just change the date to whatever month you need.
