Only if you had them backed up by Verizon Messages+ or a third party application available from the Play Store.

That is an excellent question! If you had backed them up via iCloud, Verizon Cloud, or Google Backup, there is a chance you can retrieve them! However, without this, they would be permanently deleted. Does this answer your question? MichelleH_VZW
