What is the fix for a completely frozen phone? Can't even turn it off.
Can you pull out the battery?
@MOma1015 I regret to learn you are having this trouble. Lets get your phone working again. Did you try removing the battery? If so did that work for you? Have you checked to make sure your software is up to date?
