I keep getting frantic messages from Verizon to update software, but the instructions to do so say ***Windows Only*** The instructions contain only a PC tool. All my devices are Apple. What up??

Update the firmware through the device, see page 25 in the manual.

When a new update is available, you will be prompted to update your Jetpack just as you were prompted for any other update on this device.
