Casmith1962, this is never the kind of cellular service that we want our customers to experience. My goal is to make sure we get the chance to turn things around. We'd be sad to see you leave the Verizon Wireless family. Making sure you get all of your phone calls for essential business deals is critical. What zip code are you currently in that is giving you troubles? Do you have a cell phone with us as well? If so, are you having any issues with your cell phone? Please keep us posted.

Alan_VZW of your social media department was working this. We thought it was fixed but it now seems its not. I have tried to get back in touch with Alan but he does not respond. I am at my last straw here. Is there anyway you can contact Alan and have him reach out to me?
