I have been with Verizon since the early 90's. I was so pleased with my service that in 2014 I convinced my husband he should move his service from another carrier over to Verizon. I remained happy until November of 2017 when I began experiencing a huge problem with my service. I have spent hours on-line chatting and was assured my issue was handled. It was not. I spent several more hours speaking with customer service who convinced me that she understood and thought the problem could be resolved by her sending a written requesty to someone who had the authority to take care of my problem. She gave me a date and time (2 days later) when she would call me back to discuss a different technical issue. The call never came and of course, I was told that she (Shauna) couldn't give me a direct phone # to reach her. I did receive a text message from her confirming the date and time, but the call never came. She also assured me that the "higher ups" would respond to my requests within 7-10 business days and she would follow up with me then. That was on April 8 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have been told so many untruths which I have documented by each one of the customer reps that I have spoken with. I only want to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about and can solve my problem which I have been told by all "it can be done". If anyone knows how to contact someone with Verizon that is competent, please advise.
