LTE service in Arlington Virginia (near area code 22226) has been nearly non-functional for weeks. Download speeds at mid-day are barely cracking 5.0 MBPS while friends with AT&T are getting 30 MBPS. As a result, the iPhone is basically a brick. I have checked with other Verizon customers and they too are having issues. Can someone explain what the issue is?
