Iphone 6 all call log history missing

Suddenly, no call log history on Iphone 6.  Shows only ONE "recent" call from May 15, 2018. Nothing else there.
No records in "missed." Nothing there.
Iphone storage is 13.6 GB of available 64GB, so that's not the problem.
Did three hard restarts. Did not solve.
Upgraded to Apple IOS 11.3.1. Did not solve.

Having your missed calls history gone can be puzzling. Did you by chance hit on the Edit button on the top right corner from your call history and may have hit the clear key? I know it happened to me in the past so it can be a possibility. Does someone else have access to your phone that may have done this in error?
