My phone is locked up, and it wont do anything. It wont turn off! suggestions?
If you press and hold both the power/lock button and the home button together for several seconds, it should simulate a battery pull and force the phone to restart.
It’ troubling to hear the phone has locked up, KENFTRN and we want to be sure we provide you every option to access the phone. I’m happy to help.
