Worthless!

I have had this ellipsis 10 for little over a month. After about 3 weeks it started shutting off when beginning Netflix or you tube. This is absolutely worthless for me! Of course I'm still having to pay a small fortune for it now! To say the least I am a very unhappy customer and I am seriously considering att!!!!

RAMMAR71, having a properly working device is key to enjoying your services with us. I regret to learn you've been having issues with your Ellipsis tablet. We certainly wouldn't want to lose you over this. We want to ensure those apps work as designed. Is the shutting down only occurring with Netflix and Youtube? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling those apps to see if that behavior would go away? Let us know.

If you go to AT&T, stay away from their LG G Pad 8.0.

You can't expect a whole lot from a $100 tablet.
