Is Verizon refusing all upgrades through Best Buy right now? I am eligible for an upgrade and would like the $100 off that Best Buy offers since Verizon is not offering any real incentives. What a horrible company to block our their customers from saving money. Maybe you should offer a real holiday deal on the iphones and customers wouldn't shop somewhere else.
