VERIZON BEWARE

I just want to let anyone and everyone know that may read this, Verizon will rip you off if given the chance. First off, the SMART FAMILY charge is 4.99 +/mth and is the same exact thing you have access to on your phone FOR FREE with SCREEN TIME and is now available on pratically every phone available on the market today. However, from experience, Verizon does not tell their customers this, instead they tell you there is no other way to put limits on your childs screen time without adding this feature to your bill/acct. and paying for it. Second, when you sign up for APPLE MUSIC online, currently you get 3 months free, and then it's $14.99/mth after that for an APPLE MUSIC FAMILY MEMBERSHIP, however Verizon will give you 6 mths free but then charge you $9.99/mth for EACH LINE you add, and this is only if you have Beyond Unlimited & Above Unlimited plans, which of course cost even more than just the regular Unlimited plan. There's no telling what they are charging for Apple Music if you don't have these plans. So, people, I hope you are paying attention, and I hope this helps someone else that may run the risk of being roped in by Verizons ridiculous excessive charges.

Yes, however that is a 3rd party app and Verizon has never steered users toward a 3rd party app because they have no control over said app. IF Verizon were to do this, they would likely be held responsible should something go wrong with how the app performs. This is not unusual since as far as I know no provider recommends any 3rd party apps.

ACTUALLY, Verizon offers a FREE subscription to Apple Music for any lines subscribed to Beyond & Above Unlimited plans. There is no charge. Of course, the owner of the account must go in to their account and activate this offer for it to take effect. You would only be charged after 6 months if you were on the Go Unlimited plan.

We have our Standard Verizon Smart Family that is $4.99, and excludes Location Services. Your questions with Apple Music, I can certainly provide more details. On our Go Unlimted Plan you get 6 months free per line, and once the 6 months are up you would pay $9.99 per line. If you have Beyond or Above Unlimted, you will have Apple Music included. Verizon's customer service program seems to include a lie, cheat, steal module based on my experience with switching data plan . Worst part, once you realize it they will not switch back to previous plan. Some garbage about not being available. Beware when doing business with Verizon, can you hear me now?

Plan changes are optional. Verizon lists the cost of the current plans online. You have easy access to your bill to compare costs.

Everything described is optional and within your power to change or keep the same.
