Google prompted up for password. We entered wrong one. Stated we changed it 6 months ago. All wrong. Google locked us out of the phone. Google said 3 to 5 business days to get unlock code. This is wrong in so many ways. Verizon tech could not help. No number to call Google either. Nobody should be permited to lock me out of my phone! Why can google do this?
