A customer service rep told me I can pull up old text messages for up to 18 months by going online. I am not finding where to go.

It’s important that we clarify what you can and cannot access online through your My Verizon account, t5herna. You can access monthly statements, which include call details, for up to the past 18 months. You can view usage logs (calls, texts, and data used) by line on My Verizon for up to the past 90 days only. Please note that, as mama23dogs points out, the text logs contain only the from, to, date, and time of the message. Message content is not available online. Does this help clarify the details?
