Can't share images through MMS messages.

Unlimited data plan, just says can't send message. Has been happening for a couple years on multiple phones. Finally getting around to addressing the issue. It only happens on my two son's phones. They can neither send or receive images via text messages. They also can't get group texts? Solutions ?

Check with verizon customer service if MMS is blocked or not. Group message is also mms. I also had this experience before. Before the unlimited plan (700 minute, 100 msg plans), i blocked MMS then it still remained blocked even after i moved to unlimited plan, so i had to call to unblock to use mms.
