I have a 10xr. I live in a mountain area west of Denver Colorado. Lately I can hardly get through a conversation with out the call dropped. I have WiFi calling turned on but it does not seem to help.
We all rely on our cellular service. A dropped call is not the experience we want you to have. Do you also have calls drop in other areas?

Yes but not as often. Of course I am not on my phone as much in other places.
Been reporting signal problems for months got nothing but script reply and hung up on 2 weeks ago a tech was scheduled to repair tower i.e actually go there still not fixed just more excuses

Having clear and consistent phone calls is vital. In which zip code are you located? Does this only happen while indoors?

it happens mostly indoors. Occasionally outside but mainly when there is no signal.
